At Drew's Boots, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your fit. If your boots aren't the perfect match, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn boots in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your new pair.
